Technology generation gap hinders cyberdefense, official says

Cyberdefense initiatives have been hampered by a generation gap in understanding technology, says Rose Gottemoeller, the U.S. acting undersecretary for arms control and international security. "The change will come with the new generation," she said in a speech to an information technology college in Estonia.
