Utah officials expect resistance to healthier school meals

Several school officials in Utah say they expect some students will be reluctant this fall to try new, healthier food brought by the revised federal standards. The standards require students be given a serving of fruits and vegetables each day. "Food wasted is inevitable, I think," said Kristine Scott, head of the Ogden School District Child Nutrition Program.
