Wis. governor enacts education-reform measures

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker signed into law Monday a package of reforms that will require reading tests for the state's kindergarten students and create new teacher evaluations based in part on student test scores. Also under the law, educators will receive more training on teaching reading, and programs will be created to support reading among low-income students.
