$175M CSX Ohio facility spurs more truck-to-rail conversions

CSX is seeking to convert more truckloads to rail in Ohio through a $175 million intermodal hub. The facility is part of the $850 million National Gateway program, which "has nearly provided double-stack clearance at all CSX intermodal lanes from the Mid-Atlantic ports to the Midwest," said Mark Szakonyi, associate editor at The Journal of Commerce, who provides a video tour of the terminal.
