IMF puts €1B toward Cyprus' €10B rescue

Cyprus has sworn in Haris Georgiades as finance minister. Meanwhile, the International Monetary Fund has agreed to contribute €1 billion to the country's €10 billion rescue. Cypriot officials say they are pleased that the final agreement is more favorable than a draft document that served as the basis for negotiations.
