Justice Dept. seeks to join lawsuit against use of sheltered workshops

The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a motion to join a federal class-action lawsuit against the state of Oregon. Plaintiffs claim the state's use of sheltered workshops and lack of supported employment for individuals with disabilities violates the Americans with Disabilities Act.
