Some fatigue-prevention rule-making on hold, FAA says

The Federal Aviation Administration will eventually address Part 135 flight and duty regulations. In the meantime, John Duncan, deputy director of FAA Flight Standards Services, said the agency has to write regulations mandated by the Airline Safety and FAA Extension Act of 2010.
