U.S. inspectors to beef up tests for horse meat

The Agriculture Department has ordered inspectors to test all meats from Ireland, Poland and the U.K. to make sure there are no traces of horse meat, a precaution after horse meat DNA was found in products from producers in those countries. The new rules also call for tests of beef imports from all countries.
