NIH grants $10M to Cornell for reproductive genomics center

Geneticist Paula Cohen will serve as director of Cornell University's new Center for Reproductive Genomics, funded in part by a $10 million, five-year grant from the NIH. Cohen is a professor of genetics at Cornell's College of Veterinary Medicine. Four research projects will focus on small RNA to understand its effects on meiotic aberrations involved in infertility, defects and other reproductive issues.
