Danone Laying Out Plans To Boost Water Brand In U.S.

Groupe Danone reportedly is in preliminary discussions with Coca-Cola and Cadbury Schweppes to expand distribution of its Evian water. The French consumer-products company has seen a 5% decline in volume of Evian as competition in the bottled water market is fueled by new, less-expensive brands.
