Survey lists most trusted electronics brands

Forrester Research's annual survey of 48 technology brands found consumer trust in electronics brands overall has slipped slightly in recent years, in part because price is becoming a bigger consideration than name recognition in consumer purchases. "A decline in trust causes brand erosion and price-driven purchase decisions, which in turn correlates with low market growth," Forrester analyst Ted Schadler said.
