Laptops replace textbooks in Louisiana district

Rather than issuing laptops just to assist students with homework, as many schools nationwide have done, students at Bolton High School, won't carry anything else, come fall. Like Arizona's Empire High School, the Alexandria, La., high school will dump textbooks and paper notebooks in favor of a new all-digital curriculum.
