CIA master chefs create custom tools

A reporter recently discovered The CIA's Masters Collection, a set of kitchen equipment custom-designed by two master chefs. The tools include a pepper grinder that lets users determine the size of the grind and a saucepan with an ergonomic handle. "I don't call them gadgets or equipment. This is my kitchen jewelry," said one of the designers, also a CIA instructor.
