African-American broadcast network aims for fall debut

A new broadcast network targeting the 25-to-54 African-American audience is being planned for a fall rollout. Bounce TV, backed by a group led by Andrew Young and Martin Luther King III, is lining up digital signal distribution from stations across the country for the network, which would showcase African-American-oriented films from major studios as well as sports and original programming.
