Entrepreneurs hope to use water hyacinth to rid water pollution

A group of entrepreneurs in Cape Coral, Fla., are working on a way to use water hyacinth to fight water pollution from runoff and fertilizers. Their early work shows some promise, but as one expert says, "Yes, they absorb nutrients, but they will grow so thickly, they will crowd everything out."
