Hotels try to change perceptions about their restaurants

Robert Gerstenecker, executive chef at the Restaurant Park 75 at the Four Seasons Atlanta, is helping kick off Hotel Restaurant Week in the city. The goal is to show diners that hotels can feature great restaurants. Foodies think highly of many hotel restaurants, but many diners think the establishments are only for special occasions or for the wealthy.
