Online shoppers spend more time on pre-purchase research

Online shoppers have become more cautious and are taking more time to research products online before clicking the "buy" button, according to a study of 32 online retailers by NetElixir. The study showed that the average consumer repeatedly clicked on search ads before buying, indicating that they're running repeated searches in the same categories.
