Bromwich stands by offshore-drilling decisions

The federal government's former top offshore-drilling regulator defended the decisions made during his term, particularly the implementation of a moratorium on offshore drilling in the aftermath of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. "I absolutely think that all of the decisions that we made were the right decisions," Michael Bromwich said. He also noted that his relationship with oil and natural gas companies was "outstanding," saying they never had any problem with him.
