FDA seeks action against Blue Ocean Smokehouse

The Food and Drug Administration is seeking an injunction to halt processing and distribution of fresh and smoked fish from Blue Ocean Smokehouse. Though no illnesses have been linked to the products, the FDA believes processing and distribution do not comply with safety regulations, creating a risk of botulism and listeria contamination.
