Florida Hospital helps quickserves create healthier fare

Florida Hospital has created a certification program for menu items from quickservice eateries that are low in fat, cholesterol, sodium and sugar, and high in fiber and whole grains. Dietitians from the Healthy 100 program have already certified the grilled chicken nuggets from Chick-fil-A and two "hidden menu" items from Panera Bread.
