What's your company's emotional culture?

Companies that have an "emotional culture," in which employees show compassion and care for one another, tend to have higher levels of job satisfaction, loyalty and accountability, research suggests. "Management can do something about this. They should be thinking about the emotional culture," says Wharton management professor Sigal Barsade.
