Watch out for windy weather

High wind gusts yesterday blew two pieces of sheet metal off the 76th floor of Manhattan's Time Warner Center skyscraper, which still is under construction. No one was injured. The National Weather Service is predicting higher winds for today, raising the prospect of more debris falling because of the wind-tunnel effect created by Manhattan's skyscrapers.
