Wisconsin joins NCLB lawsuit

Wisconsin has joined a lawsuit filed by the National Education Association and school districts in three other states that alleges NCLB mandates are illegal because the requirements are underfunded. Plaintiffs are appealing a federal judge's dismissal of the suit last November.
