Boomer women head online for their primary shopping

Women older than 50 increasingly are using the Internet as their primary place for buying clothes, and many cite disappointing in-store experiences as the key reason, writes blogger and Vibrant Nation CEO Stephen Reily. About 13% of women surveyed said they only shop online. Disappointing selections, a lack of privacy and inattentive salespeople topped the list of reasons why women are giving up on bricks-and-mortar stores.
