Uniqlo, a Japanese clothing retailer, is considering launching outlets in India and Brazil, depending on the success of its expansion into Russia, according to Naoki Otoma, the company's chief operating officer. Fast Retailing, the parent company of Uniqlo, recently opened its first Uniqlo store in Russia and is planning to launch several more over the next few years. "We think that there are four countries whose importance globally will be increasing and that are important for us. First China, then Russia, Brazil and India," Otoma said.
