Plans to resurrect Registered Traveler program hit obstacles

Alclear agreed to acquire Verified Identity Pass, a Registered Traveler provider, for almost $6 million in late January with plans to relaunch the program before the end of May. But issues have arisen during the bankruptcy proceedings, and the original purchase agreement has been adjusted, casting doubt on the company's ability to resurrect the program on schedule.
