San Francisco's Sir Francis Drake Hotel put on the market

Chartres Lodging has put its landmark Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco on the market. Chartres bought the 416-room hotel with a Dubai, United Arab Emirates, investment group in 2005 for $65 million and has since invested about $20 million in renovations. But the price the hotel will sell for is expected to depend on cash flow in the market.
