CIA's Greystone restaurant will be open on Easter

The CIA's Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant will be open on Easter for the first time, with a spring menu showcasing brunch items and local ingredients. Executive chef Polly Lappetito is making a dish she calls Lee Lee's Breakfast Eggs, using a recipe from her Aunt Lee that includes milk, eggs, sharp cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
