Insurer offers tool kits to curb childhood obesity

Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania distributed Good Health Club Tool Kits to doctors' offices in the region in a bid to help combat childhood obesity. The kits encourage children to follow the 5-2-1-0 daily rule: eat five fruits and vegetables, cap computer and TV time at two hours, exercise for at least one hour and avoid sweet drinks.
