LEED-certified buildings are becoming more popular. Leap Chear, with EAPC Architects Engineers in North Dakota, said more clients are interested in LEED information, and green buildings are gaining ground around the world. "The main savings for owners who are operating facilities are reduced energy consumption, water efficient fixtures, energy efficient light fixtures, low VOC materials, and that feel-good feeling that comes from being good stewards of our planet," Chear said.
