Multi-user rail terminal to be built in Texas

A multi-user rail terminal will be built in Port Arthur, Texas, under an agreement between Kansas City Southern and Savage Cos. The Port Arthur Crude Terminal will provide crude oil tank storage and will service trains carrying Bakken Shale crude oil and other crude supplies. The terminal should be complete in 2012.
