University celebrates 10 years of assistive-technology program

Illinois State University is marking the 10th anniversary of its Special Education Assistive Technology -- or SEAT -- program. ISU students who are studying general and special education were on hand at an event Monday to demonstrate various assistive devices that can be used to help students in special education learn at the same rates as their classmates without disabilities.
