Dealers are concerned about CFTC's latest block-trade proposal

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission reproposed block-trading rules after receiving intense industry opposition. However, dealers voiced concern that the latest proposal intends to produce the same result. CFTC Chairman Gary Gensler rejected that theory.
