Cessna offers voluntary retirement program

To help keep costs down, Cessna Aircraft has announced a voluntary retirement program for employees 55 and older who are not involved with the production of aircraft. According to spokeswoman Stephanie Harder, the company's production levels will not change. "It's about reducing the current indirect costs overall," she said.
