Hire "want-repreneurs" to build your company

It might be tempting to hire employees with entrepreneurial inclinations to help you build your business, but this isn't necessarily a good idea, writes Chris Lucas, vice president of business development at Formstack. "Most startups are fine with one or two of these early visionary types, but they need a different person as the second, third, or twenty-third hire," he writes. Instead, you should look for "want-repreneurs" who have tons of curiosity but aren't quite ready to start their own ventures, he writes.
