Survey finds Ohio business owners are more upbeat since autumn

Small-business owners in Ohio are showing signs of optimism, a survey by PNC Bank indicates. Compared with a similar measurement taken in the fall, a greater percentage of respondents said they expect to see an increase in sales and profits during the next few months. "Businesses are a little more optimistic than they were in the fall, but they are still cautious," said Mekael Teshome, an economist for the bank.
