Study: Blood sugar monitoring guide helps diabetics

A study of 199 adults with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes indicates that use of an 18-page booklet with blood sugar monitoring information can help diabetics improve their blood sugar levels. The manual instructs on checking and interpreting blood sugar levels and offers advice on how to emotionally deal with the difficulty of keeping blood sugar levels normal.
