CDC: Most Americans don't get enough exercise or eat enough veggies

Only one out of seven Americans gets the recommended amount of exercise and eats enough fruits and vegetables, according to a new study from the CDC. The study found that overall, only 14.6% of Americans met recommendations for both dietary and exercise guidelines.
