Study: Americans conflicted about food choices

Americans are more aware of the food they should be eating but list limited availability, cost, confusion, time constraints and taste concerns as reasons why they don't healthfully, a new Mintel International report found. "There are so many contradictions with the choices people make with food," a Mintel analyst said.
