Wisconsin governor pushes for clean coal technology

Wisconsin Gov. Jim Doyle is pushing for a power plant using clean-coal technology as part of his initiative to require that the state derive 25% of its electricity and transportation fuel from renewable energy sources by 2025. The initiative includes expanding the use of wind power, corn-based ethanol and cellulosic fuels.
