Large tech firms turn to grant writing for stimulus funding

With an estimated $100 billion in stimulus-related IT funding in the offing, some of the country's top tech firms are beginning to offer their services to businesses and institutions of all sizes to help write grants for potential projects. Cisco Systems, Microsoft and Oracle are reportedly among the companies offering clients advice on tapping into the massive federal program.
