Latino cooking merges with flavors of the world

Hispanic Americans have begun to fuse Asian, Italian and all-American flavors into their cooking, says Daisy Martinez of Food Network's "Viva Daisy!" The trend has resulted in hybrid dishes such as barbecue pulled-pork tacos, Mexican sushi and Latin cuisine influenced by classical chef training.
