Digg CEO eased out as Rose reclaims the reins

Digg co-founders Jay Adelson and Kevin Rose have parted ways, with Adelson stepping down as CEO and ceding day-to-day control of the site to Rose. Analysts speculated that the move, apparently the result of a turf war between Adelson and Rose, could cause problems for the social network, as it seeks to reinvent itself and regain momentum. "But it may be hard for the company to find a high quality CEO to take Jay's spot, knowing that Kevin is really the guy who runs the company," notes Michael Arrington.
