London hotels tempt guests with out-of-the-(bento)-box breakfasts

London hotels are serving up such innovative breakfast fare such as bento boxes, miso soup and lobster club sandwiches. The Lancaster has added a breakfast dessert trolley, while guests at the Montcalm can dive into a Canape Breakfast featuring fried quail eggs and hash brown petit fours. "Breakfast offers the chance to eat things you'd never dream of making at home, for health reasons or laziness," said food editor Ben McCormack.
