Havas is named to oversee Economist digital subscriptions

The Economist has tapped Havas Digital to help sell its digital subscriptions, which include access to the prestigious news magazine's website, mobile and online content. The publication will remain unavailable to iPad users for the foreseeable future, however, as it continues to join other publishers in eschewing Apple's stringent subscription-service terms.
