Poll: Majority of Americans want health care system changes

A Commonwealth Fund survey released Wednesday found that 71% of U.S. adults had difficulty accessing needed health services, while 54% said they received wasteful care and 47% said they got poorly coordinated care. The survey also found 74% of participants were worried about the availability and cost of high-quality care if they need it and 72% said the health care system needs major changes.
