R.I. Supreme Court is asked to look into wind-power deal

An environmental group and two firms are asking the Rhode Island Supreme Court to invalidate the state Public Utilities Commission's approval of a contract between National Grid and Deepwater Wind, which proposes a wind farm off the coast of Block Island, R.I. The court is expected to rule within 60 days.
