Treasury discusses the Dodd-Frank Act with Wall Street

Treasury officials have held dozens of meetings in the past few months with financial-industry leaders to discuss the Dodd-Frank Act, according to government records. Executives of JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and other major financial institutions met with officials to discuss rules for proprietary trading, derivatives and capital requirements.
