Justice Department sues Home Depot that fired service member

A lawsuit filed by the Justice Department claims that Home Depot violated the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 when it fired national guardsman Brian Bailey after he missed work because of military obligations. The suit was filed after a Labor Department investigation determined that Bailey's case had merit.
