Their advice includes using a smartphone to check messages during down times, employing an automatic e-mail filtering system and using services such as Dropbox to store documents online. "Delegate as much as possible, delete or archive anything that doesn’t need a response, and only send short messages of less than a paragraph to the priority emails you respond to," this blogger writes.
